Dry theory session
In this session, you’ll learn the essentials of emergency response—from CPR, rescue breaths, and managing serious conditions like shock, severe bleeding, and spinal injuries, to practical first-aid skills such as bandaging, the recovery position, and treating common minor injuries.
By the end, you’ll feel confident providing care that can save a life or simply make someone safer and more comfortable until help arrives.
