Prerequisites
- PADI Advanced Open Water Diver (or equivalent certification)
- Minimum age: 12 years
- Completed EFR Primary and Secondary Care training within the last 24 months
- Good physical health (have a look at this medical form to see if you are fit to dive).

What Your Course Looks Like

Kick off your underwater adventure with PADI eLearning.
Study all the dive theory at your own pace online, whenever it suits you. You’ll cover the essential concepts and terminology right on your computer or phone, and if anything doesn’t make sense, we’re always here to help.

Day 1 - Pool
We kick off the day with a pool session in the morning, where you’ll get acquainted with advanced rescue techniques and review essential skills necessary for the PADI Rescue Diver course.
Your instructor will guide you through everything in a calm, controlled setting so you can build confidence before heading out to the ocean. You’ll work through realistic rescue scenarios with your instructor supporting you every step of the way. It’s a challenging, rewarding day that leaves you feeling capable, confident, and ready for anything underwater.

Day 2 and 3 - Ocean
You’ll then complete two open-water dives each day, giving you the chance to put your rescue skills into practice while enjoying the incredible marine life and vibrant reefs around Southeast Lombok. Your instructor will be right beside you for support, guidance, and plenty of encouragement throughout the dives.
